A Town Meeting at the Royal Society, London was held on July 16th 2019 to mark the launch of the update to the Scientific Case for a potential UK Free Electron Laser (FEL). The meeting was hosted by the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), part of UK Research and Innovation. The update is being led by Professor Jon Marangos, Imperial College.
