"I have recently joined STFC as a joint Research Fellow for the Central Laser Facility (CLF) and Johnson Matthey, where I work on using advanced spectroscopic and microscopic techniques to understand molecular level processes. I am also responsible for fostering relationships between the CLF and industrial partners to apply fundamental science to real-world scenarios.
As someone who cares deeply about the issue of underrepresentation of women in STEM, I feel it is important to be an active participant in the discussion and work towards creating a more inclusive and diverse scientific community. I believe in inspiring young people, particularly young women and girls, to develop an interest in STEM for future career opportunities. I am eager to use my platform to talk and contribute to this movement in any way I can. "
